My Kid Has Autism
Now What?
1.
A comprehensive psychological evaluation is required with a diagnosis of autism that includes the following information: Diagnosis Code F84.0 (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and a date of diagnosis; DSM Severity Level of Autism; The diagnostic tool used to make the diagnosis (ADOS, CARS, etc.); Medical provider signature with the credentials of MD, PhD, PsyD.
2.
A service order or prescription for ABA required from a physician.
3.
ENC ABA will conduct a verification of benefits.
4.
If all requirements met, ENC ABA will schedule an intake consultation for assessment.
